What to Expect: Your Made-to-Measure Suit Timeline, From Order to Delivery

Ordering a suit that doesn't exist yet is a different experience from buying one off a rack — here's exactly what happens, and when, from the moment you check out to the suit arriving at your door.

Placing your order

You choose your fit preference and enter your nine measurements directly on the product page, add any notes for our team, then confirm the acknowledgment checkbox before checkout. That checkbox isn't a waiver of your rights — it simply confirms the garment is made to your order and that you've reviewed your own measurements and specification, since those are the numbers we'll cut to.

Order confirmation

Your confirmation email preserves the exact measurements and specification you entered, so you have a record of precisely what was ordered — worth keeping in case you ever need to reference it.

Production: an estimated three to four weeks

Once fitting begins, production takes an estimated three to four weeks. Nothing is cut before your order comes in, so this period reflects your suit actually being made, not a stock delay. Production estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we've expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you in writing — and once production has started, changes to your order may no longer be possible.

Dispatch and delivery

Once production is complete, your suit is dispatched and delivery follows our standard timeframes on top of the production period — see our Shipping Policy for current UK and international delivery windows.

If something isn't right

Because your suit is cut to your own measurements and specification, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right doesn't apply once production has begun. Your statutory rights remain fully in place if the suit is faulty, not as described, or doesn't otherwise conform to the contract — full detail is in our Refund Policy.
