Ties & Accessories
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
- Delivery times may vary during weekends, bank holidays and busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Custom-Made Suits
Custom-made suits are individually manufactured using the measurements and specifications you provide, and require a separate production period before dispatch. The estimated production time for your suit is shown on the relevant product page and at checkout before you place your order. Production estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date with you. Once production has begun, changes to your order may no longer be possible because the garment is being made specifically for you. Delivery time (see above) is additional to the production period.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to selected destinations. International delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.
